The Court once tops itself

In lieu of the judicial monstrosity that was Kelo v. New London to close last year's term, the five Caesers of the Court have decided that they have the ultimate authority in war-time decisions. It makes one wonder if the Court has any common sense???

Our day with Justice Scalia

This past semester our chapter was fortunate enough to spend a day with Associate Justice to the United States Supreme Court Antonin Scalia. It capped off an excellent year and we look forward to continued success in the future. Incoming students should look forward to meeting us at orientation and we are excited about the presenting the first ever "Federalist Week" which will be held from October 16th-20th.
